Each villa is also designed by the Interior Designer who takes care of the study of furnishings for every room. It defines their footprint, brand, model, finishes and colors to use, so we are sure to make a villa exactly on your needs. This allows us to design more carefully also the LED lighting of each room and the rest of the electrical and thermo-hydraulic systems.
The design of the furnishings is also calibrated according to your budget and the villa we can also deliver it to you furnished.
What is the minimum size for a WonderVILLA?

The WonderVILLA Method has very strict procedures that allow precise time control. Depending on the size of the villa, the project takes 2 or 3 months, while the construction takes 8 or 10 months.
Moreover we have to add the time needed for local authorities to issue permits, which vary from area to area.
What is a villa's BIM model?

It is a three-dimensional digital prototype of the villa, which, in addition to representing walls, floors, roof, foundations, doors and windows, also represents all the systems. Each element that makes up the building contains all the information and characteristics of which it is composed, so that we can trace back at any time how it was built or what the manufacturer is.
The BIM model can be viewed from smartphones, tablets and computers and is delivered to the customer along with the keys to the villa.
In case I have to demolish my current villa to build my new WonderVILLA, are you able to find temporary rentals where I can live while works are carried out?

Do you follow the work of the villa or do I have to use a technician to follow the works management?
