Our villas are proposed throughout Italy and they are completely customized, so each villa has a different value from the other and that depends on the place where it will be built, on the design you want to give, on the size of the villa and so on. Our "finished turnkey" in addition to the project and construction of the villa also includes the planted garden, the pedestrian and driveway paved areas, the perimeter fence with gates, the outdoor LED lighting and the swimming pool if requested.

Each villa is also designed by the Interior Designer who takes care of the study of furnishings for every room. It defines their footprint, brand, model, finishes and colors to use, so we are sure to make a villa exactly on your needs. This allows us to design more carefully also the LED lighting of each room and the rest of the electrical and thermo-hydraulic systems.
The design of the furnishings is also calibrated according to your budget and the villa we can also deliver it to you furnished.

Our villas are designed and built around you so the final dimensions are those that come from the customer's needs. There are no minimum areas to be respected other than those imposed by local regulations.

If you do not have the land on which to build the villa, thanks to a network of agencies, our partners can help you find a building lot or an old building to be demolished to build the villa in its place. In principle, yes. However it is necessary to check the local regulations to understand if there are constraints that can limit size, shapes and design of the villa. In many cases, with demolition and reconstruction it is possible to take advantage of tax deductions that reduce the final costs of the intervention.

Galvanized steel is the best material from a seismic point of view, it does not catch fire, it is not attacked by mold or pests such as wood, it is 100% recyclable, it is very fast to assemble and allows you to have a very precise control of the timing and costs of the project and the construction site. For all these reasons each WonderVILLA is built with the steel bearing structure.

The WonderVILLA Method has very strict procedures that allow precise time control. Depending on the size of the villa, the project takes 2 or 3 months, while the construction takes 8 or 10 months.
Moreover we have to add the time needed for local authorities to issue permits, which vary from area to area.

It is a three-dimensional digital prototype of the villa, which, in addition to representing walls, floors, roof, foundations, doors and windows, also represents all the systems. Each element that makes up the building contains all the information and characteristics of which it is composed, so that we can trace back at any time how it was built or what the manufacturer is.
The BIM model can be viewed from smartphones, tablets and computers and is delivered to the customer along with the keys to the villa.

Through the network of agencies our partners can find the ideal temporary accommodation for you and also take care of the removals, so you will no longer have thoughts and you can take care of your family and your activities.

We can define a maintenance contract in which we take care of everything even after the delivery of the villa, when you live it

It is possible to ungroup or add finishes or systems according to your budget so as to calibrate the cost of the villa so that it best meets your needs, but we cannot change or betray the WonderVILLA philosophy because it would no longer be a WonderVILLA!
That means: if you want an ordinary villa, we cannot help you.

All the technicians who will intervene for the design and construction of the villa (Architect, Interior Designer, Lighting Designer, Geologist, Structural engineer, Works Manager, etc...) and their coordination remain at our expense and are included in the price of the finished villa.

Our working method involves a strong interconnection between BIM project made by architect together with Interior Designer and Lighting Designer and construction. The project made by an external technician, to be able to give all the guarantees provided by WonderVILLA is to be redone.

We can only take care of the project and let your trusted construction company build the villa.

Depending on where we build your villa we will decide whether to employ local workers or bring them from Modena and neighboring cities.
